Ingredients
- 2 cup, unthawed – Blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup – yogurt, plain
- 1 medium – banana
- 1 tbsp, ground – flaxseed, ground
- 1 cup – coconut milk
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add more coconut milk if necessary to get it to blend.
Could try adding a cup of spinach/kale.
