Pineapple Coconut Cake



Cake:

2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
2 eggs
1/2 C butter
1 tsp vanilla 
1 20oz. can crushed pineapple w/ juice

Mix and bake in greased 9x13 pan, 350 degrees, 35-40 min. 


Frosting:

1 8oz pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
powdered sugar to desired sweetness

Whip smooth. Frost the cake while it's warm. 
Cover the top with a layer of shredded coconut.
